The tastings are held in groups of four to six professionals and are guided and structured by Dr. Hannah-Fink Eder, editor, and Otto Geisel, head of the tasting team and expert in the wine industry. All tastings are conducted blind, divided into classes of grape varieties, vintages and qualities. At Best-Of for the 2023 edition, 500 wines Alto Adige will be presented.
