BRENNTAL Gewürztraminer Riserva 2022 again awarded the ‘Corona’ - Four years in a row at the top!
For the fourth time in a row, our BRENNTAL Gewürztraminer Riserva has been honoured with the highest award from the wine guide Vinibuoni d'Italia - the ‘Corona’. This year, in the 20th edition, the 2022 vintage has been awarded the coveted crown. And not only that: it was also voted into the top 300 of all award-winning wines and honoured by an independent commission of sommeliers and journalists in the category ‘Oggi le corone le decido io’.
We are proud that our BRENNTAL Gewürztraminer was once again able to impress the expert jury and was recognised as one of the best Gewürztraminers in Italy!
The ‘Vinibuoni d'Italia’ wine guide is the only wine guide dedicated to indigenous grape varieties. A total of 80 tasters assess the wines submitted in 21 regional commissions. The highest honours ‘Corona’ and ‘Golden Star’ are awarded to the wines that are able to impress in the final.
